EDTX Judge Backs HP Trial Win, But Revives Axed Patent


Law360 (August 30, 2018, 5:57 PM EDT) — An Eastern District of Texas judge on Wednesday let stand a jury verdict that Hewlett-Packard Co. did not infringe an Ethernet patent owned by patent licensing company Network-1 Technologies Inc., but overturned the jury’s finding that the patent was invalid.
